Each of the things (drinking/curfew and the V sign) wouldn't have probably led to a ban, but together, yes. Barry is old enough at 31 that its not a huge loss, but I'm most disappointed in Alan McGregor, who was a solid backup for Gordon. I still much prefer Gordon there, but I liked having McGregor challenging him, especially with Gordon out of sorts at Sunderland. By October Holland would have qualified and Hollands biggest motivator is NOT the game itself but to impress the coach to include them in the team. Scottish supporters are really the Cream of the Crop with their kilts and baggies - Love them, dont know a Dutchman who doesn't?
